We wanted to build a restaurant where guests feel welcomed, remembered, and genuinely

The name Magnolia & Marlin nods to both land and sea, but the story runs deeper than literal symbols. Rather than leaning into overt nautical themes, the space is designed with subtle
gestures: hand-painted florals, layered textures, and a palette of moss, sage, blush, and warm earth tones that feel calm, grounded, and timeless. The result is a restaurant that feels like a quiet celebration of Southern grace—reimagined for today and shaped for the community we serve.
